    I have it and so does my dad.
    he had a allergy test/skin test and that showed he was allergic/sensitive to certain foods (Dairy,Alcohol etc.) as soon as he cut them out his skin got a lot better.
    I haven’t had that test don’t as I’m young but i became vegetarian 2 years ago and since I’ve cut out the meat (red meat especially) my skins got a lot better so it all depends on your own immune system hope this helps :)
