I would you a sensitive washing powder. Most of the eco friendly ones are low allergy as well.

of course!! Me too I always washed my son’s clothes in the machine….I would use Ivory snow or ultra sunlight for sensitive skin….plus they smell great!!

Yes just use a washing powder low in phosphate, 1 with no phosphate is better keep a watch on your son because quite often a child that has eczema will get asthma

My oldest son had eczema and the doctor recommended that we use 1% Hydrocortisone cream, it cleared his up. As far as washing machine we always used it with his clothes. If you are concerned about the soap then try a Dye and Perfume free. Good Luck and Congratulations

Were you washing them by hand??? Maybe that’s why he has eczema… You weren’t getting all the soap out.. It happens.. I’ve done it. Try this detergent called Dreft.. It’s alot safer than most and since I got two bottles from the hospital I’m guessing that’s what the hospital recommends as well.. Meanwhile use aveno lotion.. It’s great for eczema..
