Has Anyone Ever Had Atopic Eczema/ Dermatitus With Inflamation?

my friend has really bad inflamation above her eyes its just come on please help.

for fast remedy she does need some topical ointment from a doctor. To prevent further breakouts she can do several alturnative remedies, such as taking an herb called olive leaf. it really does help. And she needs to use ONLY hypo-allergenic products on her face at all times, I suggest using only Clinique or Almay products.
I have the same problem and if I get ANYTHING near my eye lids that is not hypo-allergenic I get the inflamation again, but when I avoid all other products my skin is fine.
