why is it that people are claiming to have found a cure for eczema?

Everything is about the money. But the saddest thing is that ignorant people believe it and pay for it. I have this lady come into my house talking about some products that cure cancer and someone they knew got cured and they are talking senseless things and I try to explain but they just wouldnt listen. They were like ” is true cuz my friend took the products and he is 100% better now”. They just would not listen to me. Now there is a cure for everything out there. The cure is for the people creating the propaganda. They are getting the money.
