How do you know if you have eczema?
Posted by: Alan in eczema treatment, tags: Eczema, Know
I have. Bunch of little bumps on both of my legs. It itches so bad but it seems like it gies away but always comes back but I’ve only had this since about 3 weeks to a month and a half ago. I have no clue what it is and wondering if anybody had any ideas

Doesn’t really sound like eczema, more like hives, caused by an allergic reaction.
Eczema is more like patches of dry, red, itchy skin, but not bumpy really…try changing your laundry soap, or other variants like that, to see if there’s something you’re exposing yourself that you might be allergic to. (and don’t say you don’t have any allergies, because you can develop allergies to things, you don’t have to be born with them)

Eczema is the name given to a group of inflammatory skin conditions that can affect people of all ages. Doctors can diagnose eczema by examining the skin or testing the skin for infection. You may be offered allergy tests. If you have the following symptoms, there is a likelihood that you have eczema like the following.
itching
redness and rash – and often heat
dry and thickened or flaky or scaly skin
Scratching the skin increases the likelihood of the following, more severe symptoms:
signs of infection, such as weeping and bleeding
blisters
pain
