there is no cure only treatment. get your food allergies retested, if you have a change in symptoms. follow up with your dermatologist with the results.

You need to balance your immune system. I take anti-eczema extract from serenaskin.com that does just that and it keep my eczema under control.

read Beat Eczema, I’m serious. It really helped me. Just google “beat eczema book”
I’ve been dealing with eczema for a long time and the book has helped probably more than any doctor visit or cream or pill i’ve taken.

I had eczema for most of my life until I decided to learn how to manage and heal my skin naturally. First, you have to figure out what triggers your eczema outbreaks. You may have to make diet adjustments, as your eczema could be actually be related to a food allergy.
You could also try adding probiotics to your diet, such as those found in yogurt. There is some debate in the medical community as to the effectiveness of probiotics, but many eczema sufferers swear by it, so it may be worth a try.
There are a lot of other natural and herbal remedies that are designed to heal eczema.
