DONT use dove, olay or anything like that. They all contain perfumes. I have dermatitis on my hands and I use pure aloe vera or E45.

Since it’s contact dermatitis, first you have to avoid the allergen. Start with a good hypoallergenic but moisturising soap (i use either dove or olay). Use a topical steroid with only 1 ingredient, like mometasone (Elica). A topical steroid with many ingredients may cause further allergic reactions. You can apply it 2x a day and decrease it to once a day when it’s starting to dry up (usually up to 1 week). When it has dried up, use hypoallergenic moisturising lotions/creams to hydrate and protect the skin ( I recommend the nivea line – nivea soft baby cream, nivea intensive care – because it worked for me)

Hello there: you can use the Champori herbal cream for eczema: it works well for all types of dermatitis. (if it doesn’t work – it’s free: they have money back guarantee policy)
    Best,
