Seems to work much better than the others. I just recently tried it and it has relieved the burning and itching on my face. It is fragrance free also. Otherwise, if you can't find it and don't want to go to a doctor, talk to a pharmacist, they can recommend over the counter items for you or tell you if they think you need to see a doctor. Cetaphil.
