Hello. My whole life i’ve had chronic health problems, but the list is getting longer and i’m quite convinced that it might all be one thing underlying it all. I’m genuinely very curious to see if anyone with any medical knowledge can come up with anything!!!
I have:
severe atopic eczema
asthma
very bad allergies (including birch)
allergic ryninitis
dry eyes
painful hips and knees
migrane on a regular basis
reactive depression
insomnia and constant exhaustion
unable to straighten little fingers
dyspraxia and discalcula
high instep with a flat foot
heavy painful periods with excessive clotting
general immuno deficiency (repeated continuous illness)
i would love to know your opinion!!!

How many of these things have been diagnosed by a medical doctor, and how many have you diagnosed yourself with?

I think you should ask your doctor for a thyroid test. Low thyroid can give you heavy periods and make you really tired and since it can cause dry skin wouldnt help with the eczema. Also get tested for anaemia as you have heavy periods plus tiredness. Keep a food diary to see if your migraine has a food trigger. Migraine can be related to dyspraxia – you may be sensitive to light. So try wearing good quality sunglasses any time you are outside. This will also help with the hayfever as it will keep pollen out of your eyes.
A lot of the conditions you are talking about make it difficult to get motivated for exercise which could cause overweight and therefore put strain on points.

These 3 are likely not related to the others.
dyspraxia and discalcula (could be neurological)
high instep with a flat foot (is this a problem or just an inconvenience for fitting shoes?)
heavy painful periods with excessive clotting (could be poly cystic ovarian syndrome – check PCOS online for more info)
Eczema, allergic rhinitis, asthma, dry eyes, painful joints, depression, exhaustion and migraine can ALL be related as they are all immune issues. If your system is weakened by something you’re allergic to it can begin to affect all those systems. When you’re allergic to multiple items it just compounds the problem. I also have many of the same issues as well as MS. Check with an allergist for some simple allergy tests to begin to figure out this one.

The question is irrevelent here. You should see a doctor for these symptoms. You probably need tests for some. Treatment definitely will help some.
