Rash On Upper Left Buttox With Little White Pustules Inside It?

It’s warm to touch and itches and stings. Been to three doctors and they say its contact dermatitis. Used a cream and it goes away and comes back, always in the same spot! Help!

have you been exposed to anything new.
Laundry soap, bathing soap, dryer sheets?
Maybe it is ring worm

see a doctor quick
