Allergies are an autoimmune disorder, meaning that the body’s immune system is wrongly “attacking” parts of the body, which can cause all manner of problems. A cure is extremely unlikely, but doctors can help you find out more about what you are allergic to, or prescribe medicine such as antihistamines or steroids. Reducing your exposure to environmental allergens should help your overall sensitivity to allergens. Reducing exposure to allergens is the most dramatic way to help. Remember that allergic reactions might happen long after the exposure that causes them.
Likely, these problems are related more or less strongly to each other, but one can’t pinpoint the problem from these symptoms alone. The following advice is unlikely to have dramatic result in the short term, but at the very least it should improve your health and longevity, and it just might help the allergies.
Treating allergies is not only about avoidance. Even if you have no food allergies, you will benefit from changing your diet. Eating a nutritious diet high in fiber and beneficial fats, and low in additives and refined carbohydrate is worth the effort. Research MSG (monosodium glutamate) and be aware that it occurs naturally in certain ingredients. I avoid foods that contain many such ingredients.
In my opinion what you can’t get from fresh whole foods, you should get from vitamin pills. Make sure you are getting enough of the B vitamins, calcium, magnesium, and zinc. Take flax oil. These are good ideas long term. Perhaps if you can build your health, the body will relax and your reactions will lessen.
If you can afford to experiment a bit, I suggest trying some of the variety of other supplements recommended for allergies or stress. (you may not consider yourself stressed, but your body is certainly under stress from the allergies) Ginseng may be worth trying, as well as MSM.
Be aware of your caffeine intake. As you probably know, caffeine can help during an asthma attack. Abusing caffeine is probably harmful for an allergy sufferer, however. For instance, it may cause wear and tear on your adrenal gland, which is an important part of the immune system.
Stay fit and active. Consider whether poor posture or fitness is inhibiting correct function of the glands and organs. Yoga or t’ai chi are wonderful things to learn. The body functions as a whole, approach the problem the same way.
And finally, research, research, research. Don’t expect your doctor to know it all… see a specialist. Look around online and try to sort out what applies to you.

    Look
Leave this site; you need to get to a doctor as quickly as you can. Do not mess around with Yahoo answers or go to a general practitioner. You may have a lung condition; you may have inhaled a carcinogenic. Give the points to somebody else; but seek medical attention ASAP.
