What’s Up With My Weird Skin?

Okay, so here’s the deal.I am 11 years old and I was born with sensitive skin. I easily get acne, exzima, and I have bad reactions to ant bites. But for about a year and a half now, my skin has been very strange. If I itch my arm then these strange bumps and markings come up at the site where I itched. And, sometimes they come up for no reason at all.They look like ring worms and are really red at the site so it looks like a rash. but these go away after several minutes, depending on the size. These things appear any place on my body!! I think it might be contact dermatitis, but these don’t itch and there really isn’t a cause for it. Also, I’m not allergic to anything that I know of. I apologize for not being very descriptive, but can someone PLEASE help me!!!

You mean like, you scratch your arm and you have big red raised lines there for a few mins? Or you comb your hair and gather it into a ponytail, and you get raised red welts and marks all over your neck (noticeable enough that people will ask what happened to you??) But then they go away in a few mins?? That’s just sensitive skin…
