Rash And Pregnant,ideas?

Hello.I am 36 weeks pregnant.I have a rash that began on my belly but now it has spread to my feet, legs, back, arms and hands. The doctor ruled out PUPPPS.It is horrible. They are just red raised bumps,no blisters. This is what the rash on my back looks likehttp://images.google.com/imgres?imgurl=h… is what the rash on my arms and legs look likehttp://www.falsettos.net/cev/cev-rash.jp… have tried an oatmeal bath, benadryl and calamine lotion.Nothing really helps. The doctor even has me on the BRAT diet to rule out a food allergy, can a food allergy appear all of a sudden later in life? I do have contact dermatitis on my hand,I know because I have had this before.I do HAVE A DERMATOLOGIST APPT on Monday. But I am in so much pain and the diet is making me lose weight and that is not good in pregnant.Any ideas of what it could be or what could help?

okay…this is strange.
when i was pregnant, i did get a rash around my 2nd trimester that was little red bumps and made my skin feel hot. i had my doc check it out and she said that it was normal for some women because of hormones and the such and it was also about 90 degrees outside so it could have been a heat rash. she also mentioned that it could have been Fifth Disease which i think is caused by a virus. here are a few other ideas of what it could be:
Pityriasis Rosea
Hives
Allergic purpura
Erythema multiforme
Erythema annulare centrifugum
the above skin rashes are all ones that i know of that can occur during pregnancy. write all these down (even fifth disease) and ask your dermatologist if you can get screened for them. they will take scrapings (which is uncomfortable but necessary) to find out what it is. good for you for getting help on this. being pregnant is already a burden on ones body and getting a rash just makes you that much more uncomfortable. you should be enjoying this time in your life and all that you’re doing to make your beautiful baby. i’m sure sorry to hear about what you’re going through.
know that i am sending you all my best blessings!
much love and happiness to you,
rachelle

I know its late in your pregnancy, but if you can have someone help you in and out of the bath tub try baking soda and organic raw apple cider vinegar for a few days. Taking a teaspoon orally also can help with the itch but it tastes horrible.
