Are you cleaning her ears out with cotton balls and solution, or just using the drops? It could be that she's not feeling well. I'd call the vet and tell them. Maybe get a 2nd opinion.
My dog had a BAD ear infection when we got her. Both her ears (but esp. the right one) were impacted with dirt, wax, and puss. We had to clean them out daily for a week and now we do it weekly. She actually really enjoys it (she leans her head into it and relaxes like I'm "hitting the spot" lol). It got rid of her infection, and she ended up w/o much if any hearing loss. My mother-in-law's Bichon had impacted ears before too. Not fun.

She could be going deaf, or her ears may be a little sore from the infection.

You know your dog better than any of us, so if her behavior continues to worry you, I would not wait for appointment.

Don't leave this until July 11. Phone your vet and take his advice. Could be this ear infection is more serious than he first thought.

No, the meds won't be making her lose her hearing. I'd be concerned that she had her ear infection for too long and it's damaged her hearing. Did the vet say anything about that? If you're concerned, you need to phone the vet and tell him what's going on - he won't charge you for a phone call and it could set your mind to rest.

She'll just be a little bit hard of hearing because of the drops. It'll improve when the treatments over. Don't be reluctant to carry on, it always happens to animals on ear drops, a bit like it does with humans. She is probably not herself because she is in pain as ear infections are painful as you will probably know.
