Ringworm definitely loves moisture from persistent sweating. On the spots where she is getting ringworm, use an anti-fungal cream on the infected areas instead of lotion. There are also anti-fungal powders that are useful for areas that rub. The creams and powders are usually found in the foot care section of the pharmacy.
