If so, how did it work for you? and do you know if its only for one type of eczema like it was saying for dandruff? or can it be used for eczema like Atopic eczema?

Why don’t you try Omega 3 fish oil and treat it from the inside. Dandruff is not eczema, who on earth told you that?
All the topical treatments are only good for soothing, they won’t cure it, you need to take 3 x 1000mg fish oil capsules for a start, then slowly build up the dosage to 6.
I had eczema, so I speak from experience.

Clobetasol or tar products with phototherapy ( http://www.phototherapystore.com/ ) are best for maintaining eczema clearing. While skin zinc may help for a short time, usually the quick rebound effect afterwards makes it not worth it.
