is triclear safe for people with atopic dermatitis (also known as eczema) ?

i asked about proactiv before but i guess its not safe for me so i was wondering about triclear.
if it’s not, then what would be safe for me to use to get rid and prevent pimples?

if you have eczema and pimples, I would go to a dermatologist because anything thats over the counter could aggravate your condition.

yes mami it is i have the same but what also work is a ammonium lactate lotion ask your doc about
