My daughter also had eczema luckily it got better as she got older. But, I used to use Aveeno oatmeal bath and it really helped/worked

Our doctor provided a steroid cream, maybe ask your doctor about that.
We also use aquaphur which you can buy anywhere, works great !

As fort he cradle cap, we just used baby oil

There is a big list of things i do, first i use free and clear soap, all those dyes and perfumes do not help it at all, If she is itching right then, we use the hydrocortizone. I use an eczema wash on her and then when she gets out i put onvitaminn e lotion which promotes healing in skin. Works great for us.

I am a woman that has eczema and i have always used the stuff the doctor gave me for it, There are only so many creams the doctor can give to your 9 month old, eczema runs in my family and now that i am 21 i have not had a break out since i was pregnant and before i was pregnant i was 14 with my last break out, If the cream you are using is not from a doctor then i would get to your 9 month old pediatrician and get some better cream, i know how exhausting it can be for your baby, my son is 7 weeks and when he was born he had a bad rash all over his face, doctor put cream on it and when it was time to take him home he has not had it since, i put lotion on my son everyday to lower the chance of him getting it like i had it!

Hydrocortizon 1% works. But there are bad sides about this medicine, it might thinning your baby’s skin and you might even see blood vessel. Pediatrician told me to use it till the rash is gone(usually a day or 2), and stop using it once it is cleared.

Also, put baby lotion(none fragrance ones) on him as often as you can. It usually helps as well.

We used Aquaphor and Baby Aveeno. Also plain vaseline after a bath worked great.
