yes, i had a rash that resembled little teeny tiny pustules that seemed to cluster. they would itch and burn, by scratching them i opened them up, the skin would scab over, become rough and peel off. as soon as it healed it seemed like they would return. use of topical ointments of several kinds worked as long as i applied the cream, only then did they return once i was done utilizing the cream.
i’m surprised the doctor did not run a hepatatis panel- after all most dermatologist often find hcv before a regular doctor would.
if they took blood and your alt and ast levels are within normal limits, i suggest they test you for antibodies against viral infections- mainly hcv infection. over 5 million in the u.s. alone have it and half don’t even know it!
doctors almost never assume anything amiss with the liver due to the normal enzyme levels often found in those with hcv infection.
get tested! everyone has one risk factor for hcv!

Hello there. I suggest that you should try an herbal anti-eczema cream from http://www.champori.com It works well for my atopic dermatitis and supposedly for other types as well.
