On my upper arm there are these dots, they look like pimples except they have no head, or pus. There is nothing to burst. At first I thought it was Contact Dermatitis but It never went away. It looks like acne on my arms except it is the color of my skin and there is nothing in it to squeeze. Tell me more about what this is?

It could possibly be some ingrown hairs.
