Rashes on my butt. Please help.?

I’ve had these for as long as I can remember and on my inner thighs as well. They are not itchy anything but they are just awful to look at. i thought it might be contact dermatitis since i sweat in these areas (I’m not skinny so my thighs touch in the middle) but nothing is working. Please help. and no I dont what to show anyone (even a doctor). It’s disgusting!

I would show a doctor anyways, because he might have the treatment to get rid of it. Also, when you have a guy(or if your not into guys idk…) how are you suppose to have that type of relationship if your afriad to show him your butt and thighs.
