How possible is it that my eczema flare ups are caused by my kittens?
Posted by: Alan in eczema treatment, tags: Caused, Eczema, flare, kittens, Possible
I don’t want to get rid of my kittens, I love them to death. But is it even possible they are the cause of my flaring lately?
I also live in kentucky and its just began to become warm. Are hot climates bad for eczema?
and is there a way to stop my flare ups without getting rid of my kittens?

The flare-ups are caused by the dander on their skin. If, this is only an “If” you start to bathe them twice a week, it may help, it won’t harm them either. If still it bothers you then you have to make a choice, them or you.

Before you ship the kittens away – go to your MD and get an allergy test to be sure you are allergic to your own kittens.
If you have had cats before and had little issues ?
It’s hard to say what truly causes eczema because foods and stress or laundry soaps can cause it too – and pollen is huge right now (many people suffering allergy issues).

Hello, I do agree with Kelly E. Before you do anything with your babies, think about what you might have changed. And if you take long hot showers or bath, you need to start taking cool ones. What you wear and where you live really makes a big difference also. You need to stay as cool or shall I say keep you body cool. It does break out when you tend to hold in heat.
