I use hydrocortisone cream. But it doesn’t heal anything. It just minimizes the itch. Sorry dear, but your eczema isn’t going anywhere. You’re just going to have to live with it for the rest of your life as I have.

I’ve known people to go tanning in tanning beds. It helps.

I had terrible eczema on my hands when I was young. The dermatologist prescribed an expensive cream. It didn’t work very well. Lanacane cream worked a lot better. I used to put it all over my hands and fingers. I would put jersey gloves on to not get the cream on the bedclothes and to keep me from scratching in my sleep. This made the itch subside and my skin looked near normal, but it would never totally clear up. They have the same stuff in an “intense itch” formula now which might do a better job.

One day an old Polish lady told me that I had it because there were poisons deep in my skin. She told me to sleep with my hands in plastic bags or rubber gloves for a week and to avoid scratching during the day. The first day was rough, as my hands itched like crazy. With each passing night my hands itched less and less. After the seventh night, the itch was all but gone. I slept 2 more nights with the Lanacane cream and cotton gloves to top off the healing process. My eczema was gone for good.

    I hope this helps.

The main cause of eczema is overreaction of the immune system. Identifying certain foods, chemicals, etc can be very helpful in battling this disease. I try to avoid soy and milk products which trigger my flare-ups.
After using number of prescription drugs I’ve turned to the natural treatments.
Now I use serenaskin herbal remedies , which aim at the root of the disease – the immune system, and are steroid-free.
After about 2 weeks of using ointment and spray my skin has been cleared up and now I just continue with eczema extract, which controls the immune system. My skin has been clear for months now.
It is the only treatment I have found that provides me complete relief when I use it as directed.

What you want to do is treat eczema naturally, without the use of medicines or drugs. These things may worsen your condition and rarely work.

You should take advantage of your body’s ability to heal itself. Use natural treatments like taking in Vitamin E, coconut oil, lots of water and live a healthy life.

Hi, you can try one of the natural treatments for eczema from the Internet – some of them do work. For my eczema I use herbal cream by Champori quite successfully. It takes just a couple of weeks to clear the spots and they stay clear for months on end.
Try it: champori comes with money back guarantee so if it doesn’t work for you – it’s free.
