I have got eczema on both my arms. They are red, blotchy and itchy. I’ve been using eucerin every night before I go to bed, but they are still really red. Any ideas on how to get rid of it all together? Or at least stop it from being so red and noticeable?

you need a special perscription cream from your doctor.

Ahh I wish there was an answer to that. I have the same thing.

I always get people telling me to try this and that but none of it seems to work. I have cortizone creams from the doctor that help, but it doesn’t cure it. I have to use them every day, and it comes back still. Helps with the itching though.

Neutrogena swiss formula hand cream is good for dry bits but doesn’t help the itching.

I like the oil baths you can get too. They leave your bath all oily but the help with the itching and the redness.
