Use mild soap like dove body bar use dove body wash, and aveeno body lotion, also the aveeno body wash is good to. And most of all take no more than a 5 min loop warm shower because when the water is hot it tends to make skin dry and flakey . After you take a shower and when you dry yourself dnt rub hard pat yourself dry.
