Be leave it or not vinegar is a true natural source for getting rid of eczema and extremely cheap. Use it after u rinse shampoo out then rinse out the vinegar. Your body is not used to this sort of cleansing so it kind of stings a little @ first, but it starts to crave it some because it opens your pours so ur skin can breath,(it becomes invigorating!) also strips hair clean from product bld up & hair is silky feeling. Use it every day until it goes away then periodically. Regular or apple is fine, it smells like vinegar of course; apple smells a little btr & the smell wares off shortly.
