Any recommendations of moisturizer other than Vaseline for eczema?

I tried using Vaseline but it just makes my eczema worse. Do you guys know of other moisturizers that is great for eczema? & where can i get it in Singapore?

one of my firends had it really bad and she used to use this $80 cream she goot from her doc,idk wat the name of it is..but my son has eczema i use aquaphor for babies its made by eucerin,it works really good!!

I use Doublebase to wash my hands with- it really helps as i can minimize exposure to water and more importantly soap on my hands.
I use Neutrogena concentrated hand cream which is great, really soaks in and doesn’t leave my hands greasy.Avoid the blue top its perfumed stick with the red top
At night i use Steroid cream first,Neautrogena second and once that’s all dried in Epaderm which is greasy and similar to Vaseline .

OMG I have really bad eczema on my face and body and I recently found a way to get rid of it.
You have to try Nappy Rash Ointment. I use one called Bepanthen and it gave me results in one day so try it!!
