Why did i get eczema while my mum was still breastfeeding?

Most doctors say that it is very unlikly to get eczema while being breastfed. Alothough i got it, bad, and i wwas wondering why and how?

i don’t know, but I get rid of it with Diprolene AF brand of augmented, betamethasome, dirpropionate Cream, 0.05% (prescribed) very expensive but it works, you can also get genetic which is cheaper or a smaller tube for less. For me the brand
iprolene is the very best. I have to use it for the rest of my life. one tube last me a year approx. I get it on hands.
