What should I use to get rid of theses spots I got on my arm from eczema?

I have eczema and It breaks out and it leaves white spots. I need something that will make these marks disappear fast. I hardly ever wear my arms out because of it. I also have eczema other places and I will like for the spots to disappear. Help!!

First thing to do is heal yourself within and then your body will heal on the outside.
Look at all the foods that you are eating and how it associates with your eczema flair up.
You will also notice if you stay away from the foods that bring irritate your skin that eczema will become non-existent. Also drink plenty of water to flush the kidneys, liver and the skin and drink less flavoured or fizzy drinks.
use oils in your bath Oilatum is a very good bath oil and also E45 products which can be bought over the counter from your pharmacist without a prescription.
You may need to see a doctor because some break outs need a steroid cream to bring it back into control.

I have mild eczema and I put hydorcortizone cream on it, but that doesn’t seem to help. Do I need to go to the doctor to get something stronger or do you know of something good that I can get over the counter to help.
