My son gets really bad eczema on his hands this time of year. Each year it tends to get worse. What is a good way to treat it w/out getting a prescription?

One Response to “What can I use over the counter for my son’s eczema on his hands?”

Eucerin products for skin care are the best in my opinion, But no creams really clear it up if it is bad.
If you don’t want to use a topical ointment from the doctor then I recommend using vinegar. It burns for a bit but it clears it up fast. I use it for my face and arms, and eucerin cream after I shower.
Here is a article about using vinegar for eczema.
