Well my friend has eczema under his eyes and it never goes away. It looks like he hasn’t slept in years because it looks like dark circles under the eyes. I guess it depends on the type of case of eczema it is, if its not as serious then it might come back once in a while but for others it might take more than cream to disappear.

    Sorry I wasn’t much help.

    Take Care

15-20% of children (including teens) have eczema. Only 1-2% of adults have eczema. Therefore: eczema goes away on its own in most cases. Relax. Chances are yours will disappear as well.
In the MEANTIME: Do not use steroid creams – the damage is long-lasting.

Steroids don’t seem to really help me either. My breakouts often last for weeks/months. I stopped using them a few years ago, now I use aloe for the itch and plenty of lotion to help prevent new breakouts.

The most important thing is not to scratch! The more you scratch the more it spreads.

Also, do you know what your trigger is? If you are constantly exposed to it, you will be constantly breaking out.

I find that the only time the creams work is when I apply it straight after I come out of the bath/shower.

Also prevention is better than cure so a good idea is to do a skin allergy test

There are two of them one is a pin prick test and the other is a blood test.

Try some raw shea butter cream, it works for most cases of mild to moderate eczema. A good quality cream with a lot of shea butter can help.

Try Winter Blend cream with raw shea butter.

Do a Google search for it – available on Etsy.com
