I have been diagnosed with now two forms of Eczema. The first is a hive looking form of it that kinda gets little blister like spots. Normaly I only get these on my hands. Now I have been diagnosed with Nummular Eczema and it kinda looks like Ringworm in a way. I was put on steroids and that cleared it up. But I was wondering if anyone knows of a cream or something well anything that can prevent the now reaccouring spots. I itch all the time and often cannot sleep because of it. the skin also cracks and seeps and its really grose. I have it from head to toe and I am at my wits end.

hydrocortisone cream can help stop the itching. If it is bad, then your doctor or dermatologist may prescribe topical medication. Also try moisturizing with fragrance-free lotion (Aveeno) after every shower. Also, consider finding out if it was from an allergy trigger. Use skin-sensitive bar soaps for showering (Cetaphil is very good). I also use fragrance-free detergent by Cheer. But moisturizing is KEY, especially during winter time when your skin is drier than usual.
