Aveeno makes some good lotions and shower gels specifically for sensitive or itchy skin. My daughter has eczema and we use it on her. They have lotions that have no dyes or perfumes.

You can find ones with no soap. They lather,clean and soften well. The ingredient you will look for is glycerin.

By far, the absolute best, gentlest, most healing soap is
Dr. Bronner’s Lavender Pure-Castile Soap. My son has eczema, and we heard about it from a friend. Now our whole family uses it. It will not cure your skin, but it will provide much soothing relief, and it is made with all natural ingredients. I can personally guarantee that there will be a noticeable difference after only one use. My son’s skin is usually really rough when you rub it, but after his first bath with the soap, it felt soft and smooth! It took us a little while to get used to it, as it feels different than most soaps I’ve ever used, but it makes your skin soooooo soft, and it stays that way all day.

You can buy it on-line, or at a health food store. My local grocery store sells it in the health food section. Even if you are not into “natural” products, I can still vouch for it. Please give this soap a chance. It has made such a difference for my son and myself. (By the way, I use it on my face now, and I rarely ever get a pimple. I used to get them quite a bit, so that was sort of a nice side effect

I use Neutrogena, Original. It works the best for me.
