You need to see your Dr about this so this can be managed effectively.

Oilatum shower gel is good to use on a daily basis or whenever you shower, this will help keep your skin moisturised and prevent dryness. Always use soap FREE cleansers. The key with Eczema, is good management which means always moisturising your skin whether your eczema is bad or not. You have to get into a routine of moisturising throughout the day, this will prevent flare ups.

Use soap free products where possible. Other creams and emollients can be obtained from your GP; you might be given a mild steroid cream at first to bring the inflammation down (this should only be used when flare ups occur and should not be used long term as this can cause your skin to thin) once this is under control you should feel better. In the meantime you can take antihistamines to reduce itching.

Don’t use biological powders when washing clothes. Surcare (although expensive) is nice also Fairy snow. Just avoid all synthetic/Perfumed products. Also, when washing your clothes, put it through on an extra rinse cycle and try to avoid all fabric softeners.

Make an appointment to see your GP, he’s prescribe you with an the appropriate creams/emolliants.

It appears that you are in India. Therefore, you better consult a dermatologist near your home. Since this is coming out during the spring time, you better take medicines internally. No doubt, the dermatologist would prescribe some creams too.

I will recommend you contact a dermatologist. But you can get to know how to treat it by consulting Igbalaoluwa Herbal Consult Centre at igbalaoluwahcc@gmail.com. They deal with such kind of ailments. Also, if anybody has diabetes, asthma, peptic ulcer, bronchitis, epilepsy, cancer, aneamia, insomania, stroke, fibrod, infertility, e.t.c, they give you free email consultation and direct you on what to use for the cure.I know many people with testimonies with them. However,i think they are into using herbals.I have tried them. They are Honest and Good. take care.

Hello there. It’s horses for courses as they say. The cause of eczema is not known and therefore there is no cure for all. I suggest that you stay away from steroid-based medicine as their side effects are often worse than disease. For my eczema I use the herbal cream/spray combo from Champori.com It keeps my skin clear for months at a time. Try it: champori comes with money back guarantee so if it doesn’t work – it’s free.
    Best,
    Bernadette
