How can i cure severe eczema on my body?

i have eczema practically all over my body! it’s so painful! i have it on my:
armpits
genital area
ankles
hands
head(forehead)
So, can someone please help me? i’m constantly seeing dermatologists and using whatever treatments help. i’ve been using moisturizer and aveeno oatmeal bath. i know there’s other ways to heal it though. please help me.

Some people are helped if they install a water softener (that is if their water is hard). Check with your dermatologist if this would help.

Cut your losses and sand paper it away. Its either that or put some ice packs on the afflicted area or drink water so your body can keep your skin hydrated.

I’m not sure about curing, but I used to somewhat have it on the part of my upper arms facing my back. I got rid of it by rubbing vapor rub on the areas and putting a long sleeve t-shirt over it so I wouldn’t touch it. It actually made it go away!

Moisturising is very important to cure/relief from eczema.
Also don’t use wool material instead wear cotton clothes.
