The past month or so I have developed eczema really bad on my hands. I have not been to the doctor yet( I can’t get an appt until another 3 weeks) I know it’s eczema though because I have my esthetician license. Anyways is there any over the counter lotion for eczema that I can use until I can get to the doctors?

I have used Eucerin it works great. You can also try Aveno its great too. Aveno also has an oatmeal based shower gell that makes all your skin soft.

    hydrocortisone cream works good
get a big jar of Aquaphor (its like vaseline but specifically for things like eczema) and put that on every night

Here is a demo video to watch for the eczema cure as seen in Japan. Sorry but the hospitals in the United States and Europe are not this advanced at this time.

Allergies to food include shellfish, garlic, and others. Stop eating things like cheese, then milk products, then anything brewed (beer, yogurt, breads made with yeast). When it goes away, then you have some idea of what you should stop eating.
