What kinds of food can trigger eczema?
Posted by: Alan in eczema treatment, tags: Eczema, Food, kinds, trigger
i have eczema and it keeps flaring up on my lower eyelids and on the skin under my eyes. every morning i eat cheerios with chocolate milk (which i recently changed to soymilk because i read that dairy can cause eczema flare ups), and i recently read that gluten can also cause flare ups. and i read that cheerios contain gluten. so could eating cheerios every day be causing my flare ups?

Everyone is so different when it comes to foods triggering Eczema. For me personally, its too much milk, citrus (orange), bananas, nuts, salty things and artificial flavorings.
Some make me break out in the same places ( between my eyes), legs. wrists, occasionally scalp.
