my daughter has that and i have to use prescription cream to get rid of it but i also use aquaphor healing ointment it takes away the dryness then you can just use a small amount of concealer to blend away the red. i use almay concealer that blends to match your skin tone

My husband and I both have eczema-we have found that St Ives Apricot Scrub takes redness away. My hubby’s is pretty bad, and it doesn’t take it all away, but it helps quite a bit. It’s made for faces. It also helps with the itching.
I’m going to look into the aquafor, too.

The best method I found to get rid of it fast was to use a petroleum based moisturizer, like Aquaphor. Put a thick coat of it on the affected area and it will moiturize the rash.
Eczamous skin tends to heal faster when properly moisturized.
