Shea butter is great for eczema. Try to get the best shea butter can can afford. The cheaper brands tend to have a lot of shells in them.

See a dermatologist if it is severe.
My son used to have eczema and my sister has a pretty bad case.
The doctor told me to go out and by an ointment called Aquaphor, which we liberally applied over the affected area about 3x a day.
Aveeno lotion…non scented. Avoid scented perfumes, lotions, and body sprays, because they are irritants.
Don’t use harsh laundry detergent or fabric softeners. Stick with mild and rinse them twice.
Hydrocortisone if it’s itchy.
Sometimes doctors will prescribe an antibacterial ointment if it’s really severe.

Depends how bad it is. If you must go to your doctor, than just go,and he/she can provide you with free samples of some new products in the market. Best thing to do is go to your doctor…

I have a few friends who suffer or have a child that does.
They say Arbonne really helps them a lot. It’s pure, natural, safe and 100% botanical. Thought I’d mention it.
