Question by daqulynn: My son is allergic to soy, he has eczema and I have read that some eczema patients are intollerant to milk?
so….I am thinking of taking him off dairy products for 2 weeks to see if his eczema symptoms improve. What are some good dairy alternatives that do not include soy ?? Thanks!

I have eczema and I drink rice milk when my skin is acting up, it doesn’t bother me and it helps.

I was recently diagnosed with a soy allergen, and i’m getting tested for eczema. I’m also lactose intolerant. I drink Lactaid over regular dairy, which is milk for the lactose intolerant. It tastes the same, is a lot healthier, and doesn’t make me break out in rash.
    Good luck!

Yes. I have severe eczema also, and I just found out that I was allergic to dairy. Right now I am drinking Soy milk. But there is also rice milk, perhaps that will help him. I hope mine to clear up as well.
