a few simple home remedies to help with eczema: drink tomato juice daily it will cure the symptoms in a few days. try coconut oil on the area, or a simple moisturizer(fragrance free), a good cheap one plain petroleum jelly. use a moisturizer that is more greasy than creamy, because creams have more preservatives in them. be careful though if you are using a cortisone cream, using this too much can cause thinning of the skin. hope this helps!!!

In treating eczema, most doctors will start patients on basic therapies. One example is a room-temperature bath, to remove crusted skin. Oils added to the bath water may also be recommended. A heavy moisturizer (in cream or ointment form) helps conserve the skin's natural moisture and should be applied immediately afterward.

Are you sure it is eczema? If you are absolutely sure, an over-the-counter hydrocortisone cream, used sparingly, will give some relief. I have eczema on my face and occasionally use a store-brand hydrocortisone cream.

My kids get eczema and aside from medicine for flare ups we use Aveeno, which is over the counter and Aquafor is also excellent. Keep the area free from fragrance and don't bath too often and watch out in the sun. My kids have a rough time with certain laundry soaps also. You can take benedryl for the itching also. It might be manageable without steroid creme. Good luck. Also you might want to make sure it's eczema, people mistake it alot.

You know what I was thinking is we should make a video on what we eat on a daily basis because of our restricted diet, because when I first had to take out Soy and Dairy I had NOOO idea what to make for meals :p
