Eczema Treatment Care

based on pictures on the web, apparently my itching is either contact dermatitis or sun-based – although the latter is questionable because i am not often out in the sun and the areas of my itch include covered ones. as to contact dermatitis, i cannot identify what exactly is causing this itch.
i have rashes and scaly plaques already that frequently itch all day despite the lotion. it started in my feet, spread to my hands and now is practically in every part of my body.
i never had this condition before.

my ushual diet is sausage sandwiches, cereals, cous cous, tuna, pizza, soup, chocolate, water, orange juice, alchohol,
ive quit alchohol recently and im going to try and quit dairy products, everytime i eat chocolate, drink alchohol, or get hot this incredible under the skin white lumps come i scratch till i bleed and it feels great then the next day it kills, hot showers feel incredible, sometimes i think its contact dermatitis as the main scratching sessions are when im warm and in contact with my covers and its only the uncovered parts of me that are effected my parents have psoriasis but maybe its dairy too at christmas a new thing happened where i could pull strings of snot out of my eye, to the point where it got addictive the feeling, so much mucus i wake up bunged
my question to you is
is it dairy?bread?alchohol?wireless internet?sunlight?contact dermatitis?

I have had a faint rash all over my body for the last two years. It is really itchy. It started a week after I stayed in a hotel for a week. It was all over my body but after awhile it went to just my hands. I just recently stayed in a hotel or a week and it happened all over my body again. It starts inbetween my thighs and then to the back of my neck and ears and face and then to my arms. I’m wondering if it was bleach they used at the hotels? I have been constantly using bleach on my towels and sheets for the last two years. I thought it might be bleach because my doctor prescribed me allergy medicine and steroids to reduce inflammation and it went away and was gone until I washed my pillow cases and towels in bleach and it came back. This time it started on my face… And it burns like hell and itches!
Does anyone have any ideas? I’ve been to my family doctor and a dermatologist and they aren’t sure what it is. I’m thinking it’s allergic contact dermatitis/ irritant contact dermatitis.
Should I dilute some bleach and do a patch test?
And btw my rash is really faint and bumpy like mosquito bites. It doesn’t burn, except for my face, but it itches like crazy! It is not on my hands anymore, but it is now on my face, neck, ears, and inner thighs. I think it’s everywhere because the bleach on the towel I use to dry off with? Help?! Thanks

woke up this am with two round,dry red spots that do not itch but are painful in warm water (shower)?????? im pregnant, but i doubt its related……could this be contact dermatitis?

The past two days (Monday + Wednesday, as we had Tuesday off) that I’ve gone to school, I’ve come home with red blotchy skin, covering my arms and legs, that itches like a b*tch.
Even using Benedryl, hasn’t helped that much. =[
It’s now starting to spread, to other parts of my body.
I’ve missed a lot of school so far (about six days of absentees and–plus two days I was there that I participated in a peer-leadership training program), so I’d hate to miss more school. I just couldn’t stand the idea of sitting through classes, unable to focus because of the pain caused from the itchiness in my arms and legs.
The nurse said right away that I have contact dermatitis.
Now, I’m just faced with the dilemma of going to school or not tomorrow. Plus–any tips on how to deal with the contact dermatitis?
