Eczema Treatment Care

I have eczema and I break out and it leaves dark spots where the bumps and break outs were on my arm. I need something that will make these dark marks disappear fast. I hardly ever wear my arms out because of it. I also have eczema other places and I will like for the spots to disappear. Help!!

Trying to find a dermatologist who is patient and dedicated to working with me to resolve eczema/dermatitis issues.

I have mild eczema that only breaks out a few times a year and doesn’t last long. If for some reason I do have an outbreak while in Basic training for the Marines, will i get kicked out?

I’ve always had eczema. Ever since I was a baby. And I always had it on my arms pretty bad. But it’s getting very out of control. It is getting in strange places, like my ear lobe, my eye lid, and all over my neck. What can I do to control this.

I know putting lotion on it would help, but could you please recommend me a brand? I have tried Aveeno and it doesn’t so squat for me =(
