I hardly have it anymore, but I’ve had a slight case in the past. It wasn’t very serious and I dont need any treatment for it. Will it still be an Auto DQ for me? If I didnt say anything about it, they wouldnt even know I had it. There are no visual indiciation of eczema on me anymore.

Question by TinKerBel: Chronic eczema, possible infection now, what can I use over the weekend?
I have had eczema on my legs for years. I have never had an infection though and now I think I have scratched myself right into a skin infection. Red, hot, deep intense itching and pain, open sores. It’s not really bad yet, so I thought I could just put Polysporin on it over the weekend and then go to the doctor Monday if it’s not improved. Any “experts” out there? Is this ok, or am I going to make it worse?

Try not to scratch it anymore. Apply Polysporin twice a day. If swollen, elevate the area. You can apply ice x 20 mins to decrease itching and edema. See your doctor if it worsens.

I have ultra sensitive skin with eczema. Can I use baby diaper rash cream for my eczema (on my body) since it’s formulated for babies which might be more gentle on sensitive skin. The cream I am looking at is 12% Zinc Oxide active ingredient.

I’m a high school student wondering if i could possibly be disqualified from a NROTC scholarship by mild eczema behind my elbow and knees and on my shins. I’m 15 and I’ve had eczema since birth. If i it is something that can disqualify me, then what can i do to treat it?

My five year old dog has eczema on her hind legs and back. How do I treat it?
To Mama Bas, I’m not exactly sure, but that’s what they called her when we bought her. About the diet, I guess it actually kind of sucks. She’s always been around cats, so she only eats cat food. If we put the two next to each other, she’ll eat the cat food. We’ve never been able to break this habit
