I’ve been suffering from contact dermatitis for a few weeks now and the only thing I can think of that’s new in my diet, environment, etc. is a current flea problem. I also sprayed my furniture with Hartz upholstery spray for fleas and that’s about when it started.

The doctor says my son has a virus and I have contact dermatitis yet my very tiny blisters are on my hands and feet only while my son had some on his hands and feet and few on his leg and loads on his bottom. Could it be hand foot and mouth virus? How long before I can go back to work in a kitchen if it is?
Could an adult catch it?
Thanks

I have atopic dermatitis (eczema) on my hands and usually it’s not an issue but I have been having more problems with it over the last couple of months. I have been applying hydrocortizone cream to it, as well as a prescription I got a couple years ago from the doctor for it (which was basically an extra strength cortizone) and while those do help, the outbreaks don’t completely go away. Is there anything else I can use to completely get rid of these outbreaks? (I know that I can’t CURE eczema but I want something to at least make the outbreaks not be a constant thing).
