Question by Jennifer D: What can cause severe eczema on a baby’s cheeks? Allergy testing came back negative. Could it be teething?

We just took my baby to the doctor, and he has eczema. The doctor gave him cortisone for his face, a different stronger steroid cream for his body, and told me to wash him with warm water, no soap except on his bottom, and load him down with eucerin cream. hopefully this will work. I was just curious to see what other mommies do for their little ones who have eczema. Any tricks that you have found helpful in addition to what my doc recommended? Thanks to everyone!!
