Hi. My dear 5 month old has bad eczema on the ‘creases’, in the diaper region, the thighs and chest region. I breastfeed exclusively. Has anyone ever tried a diet while breastfeeding that helped eliminate or at least improve the eczema of her child? I have tried to eliminate dairy, but so far not much has changed. Thank you.

I am breastfeeding my 5 months old daughter but three months ago she developed very strong atopic eczema. I am sure it is something I am eating causing it but what? I eliminated wheat, diary, soya, tomatos, fruits, fish and shellfish. What other food can also cause allergy?
My baby’s skin condition is very bad – dry and ithy with lots of redness. I am using Diprobase and sometimes Hydrocortisone, no cosmetics…
What else can I do?
