I don’t use steroidal creams, lotions with alcohol, etc. Usually only organic stuff.

I get pink-red blotches on my face — cheeks, around mouth, etc. IT SUCKS!

Make sure you put some heavy moisturizer on your face right after you shower. I have eczema too… and for over the counter creams I really like Spectro’s Eczema Care line. To calm down spots on your face, you can use a really low dose over the counter cortizone (0.5%). Don’t use anything higher than this though because it can thin your skin, especially delicate skin on your face…

I have tried everything from the right detergent, the right lotions, I bought a humidifier, and using the right stuff in the shower, I’ve been to three different dermatoligist as well. I heard using a tanning bed might help. Does any one know if this is true? This is my last hope.

I live in southeast Texas where the weather has recently been changing a LOT. I woke up this morning and my face, neck, chest, stomach, and legs were and still are bright red and dry. It’s painful to even move. Anyone know what I should do? I’m desperate.
