Question by superman50: A bad case of Eczema what to do?
A family member of mine has a severe case of eczema on her back and her groin. It went away for a little while while she was on a diet though she was eating the same foods simply 2 meals a day instead of 3 but as soon as she went back to her normal routine it came back. Doctors have given creams but we want to take the problem at its roots, any ideas what might be causing this?? must be something with relation to the foods she eats but what?

Answer by lala Tell her to cut off all dairy products and all junk foods ; also if she is under lots of stress ; tell her to try meditation

i didnt get it until i turned 40. it itches terribly bad. i have went to several different dermatalogists and all they do is give me steroid cream. it only helps temporarily. do you know of any home remedies or anything that works. it has been 7 years now and it looks pretty bad. it is red , scaly , and awful looking. any ideas would be greatly appreciated. thank you and GOD BLESS.
