I have eczema in little patches on the tops of my arms. Its been there for a year or two and I moisturise it alot to keep it under control. I went to Ibiza for 2 months this year, and the whole time I was there it had gone away without any moisturising or treatment. Then sure enough, a few days after I got home it was back. Why is this? I want to recreate the conditions so I can make it go away properly!
(I live in the UK)

Question by Paul A: Is it bad to pop the blisters that come with severe eczema?
I have sever food allergies, and when some soy sneaks into my diet without my knowing it, my hands break out with numerous blisters, is it bad to pop them, or should I let them run their course?

To understand more of my question above .. I, personally never had Eczema growing up and now that I’m in my mid 20’s I had gotten this scaly, red, itchy rash on my face and when I went to go see a Dermatologist, my doctor came up with the diagonsis of Eczema and I researched the skin condition online where I read about how Eczema has no cures. If I never had it in my life and came across it mid-Sept and my rash going away as it comes back .. does anybody know how I would have gotten Eczema in the first place? Any ideas?
